libumlib-dev software package provides View-OS in user space - Development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libumlib-dev
libumlib-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libumlib-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libumlib-dev *
You will get with libumlib-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
